I've been really busy finishing up my diploma as a Shiatsu Therapist and with the amount time I've been investing it I've just been dying to come on here and share my reflections with you. So, despite all the assignments that are looming over my head I'm sitting down to share my thoughts once again.

Please keep in mind that I would really enjoy other people's feedback or contribution. However, if there is no input I'm still willing to share my thoughts and feelings because I really care about all of you. I want to share my experience in the hope that if anyone reads it, that they may feel some benefit from my gesture.

My deepest wish for all of you!

Beginners reading about the Tao or Buddhism really have as much say in these matters as anyone else; we are all beginners...
I always try to leave room for comments as my offerings are only intended to be a starting point for discussion.
For the most part, I share whatever background knowledge I have that may help with terminology or significance to phrasing but otherwise my only purpose for commenting is to demonstrate my own willingness to share. Hopefully, you will feel to comfortable enough to share your own experience.

If we would like to see more trees, then we must begin to plant more seeds.

These are some videos of Shunryu Suzuki, who was one of the most beautiful roshi's. He is the author of a fantastic book called, "Zen Mind: Beginner's Mind" and it is a book that helped me so much over the years.
If you have patience to listen to Suzuki Roshi despite his strong accent, then I think you will find that is such an immensely compassionate and joyous soul; who's work in North America was crucial for our understanding of Zen in the West. Enjoy!

I studied the Tao with a friend and we both read Wayne Dyer's book:
Change Your Thoughts - Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao

We would read a daily Tao verse and meditate upon it and then discuss how it had moved or effected us. I must say, it was powerful and truly brought major change and evolution toward both of our enlightenment. Both of our lives changed for the better drastically.
I would recommend this book highly for personal inner seeking.

'Evil must itself fall at the very moment it has wholly overcome the good, and thus consumed the energy to which it owed it's duration.'
I love that one...

I am loving the way this group is growing and sharing valuable information! I am going to feature it under the CLUBS menu .. though the name is too long, so pardon if i paraphrase.

Keep up the awesome videos and work!
